Sickly Bunny

Anybody heard of mycoplasma? I hadn't until recently, and no one I know outside of Singapore has heard of of either.

Anyway, I have had it for over three weeks now and it is mighty horrible, let me tell you. I finally got the official diagnoses and antibiotics late last week and am beginning to feel better.

So I have done very little apart from feel sorry for myself, and just one little painting in the style of (complete imitation actually!) of Kelly Rae Roberts, whose book, Taking Flight, is absolutely wonderful.

So I will post the painting and hope to be up for a little soul journalling soon. As always, I miss my group and all the inspiration you give me.

okay ms adrienne
i can't find a email address for you
i saw your post on soul journal but wanted you to have a more special response than a group response
(those are special notes too..)
just know you are being thought positively over
and i wish for you a speedy positive jump into feeling better and pull out of the "dark place'
where you seem to be resting right now.

most likely due to this condition
and it can also result from the cure...
try all the suggestions the ladies pumped out and you will find release

but the most important thing you can do for yourself to get better
is rest

the rest helps mend you and you might think you are resting and have had quite enough rest
but you need more...so don't over do

if you feel up to it...journal meaninglessly...
maybe try dumping papers

where you just write about the things randomly that bother you
then either gesso over them or tape over them or burn them to get rid of the bad thoughts...

that may help relieve you of this darkness...
most of all
don't stay holed up

reach out to us continually
we are all there for each other
what a magnificient group of people!!!
hang in there and i hope i helped give you an idea or two too

Isn't mycoplasma infection "walking" pneumonia? That can really knock you off your feet and make you feel bad! Just be sure to take all your meds and you should be good to go. note the bacteria can stay in your throat up to 3 months, so cover your mouth when you cough, don't share food and drink, and wash your hands, change your tooth brush regularly.
I love your painting.
